By creating an account or using CreekTube, you agree to these Terms and Services. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
CreekTube is built for freedom of expression, but that freedom has limits. You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
- Distributes malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Impersonates others or misleads the community
4. Moderation and Soft-Bans
Our moderators review reported content and can remove material or deactivate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is soft-banned, your content is hidden and you cannot log in. You may appeal a soft-ban by contacting us through our Discord server.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant CreekTube a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and request deletion of your account.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CreekTube after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
